No Promotion at all. very less increments in salary. Very dirty working conditions, too much politics No job security at all and is the worst thing there. No value for good teachers. Some times only after 3 or 4 months they remove the teachers. If Teacher resigned they trouble too much , not returning there certificates, not giving salary.This is for the new teachers who want to join this school. Near my home,easy leaves policy ,paid vacations One subject only to teach. No unnecessary meetings. Do not stay after school time over

Dislikes

No salary for May month,some people dominate a lot. Proudy and rude and uncivilized accountants. Extreme domination of few senior teachers.No proper respect for other teachers. Some seniors always humiliate others. Inefficient management. They are unable see the right and wrong

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
