No matter how hard you work for the benefit of the company, you sacrifice your time, your priority, your everything for the company. You achieve your monthly given labour target every time. But what's the point of working if the company won't see all of that. When your work time is 8 hours but you have to work 10 hours daily and you won't get paid for working extra 2 hours. and after all that they complain you about not working and not taking the job seriously. If you wanna learn stuff, the staff's here are really nice you can learn everything but if you are looking for a career, the is the worst place on earth to start a career.
