This place us ideal for humiliating employees. They dont have enough bandwith for one individual. A single worker works 12 hours a day on numerous jobs with the intention of producing high quality work. When the manager doesn't have clarity on any work, he will just speak to you. The manager says nothing to the other people who are constantly willing to pry into every thin. The offshore teams The wfh policy

India is on WFH model, so there is zero company culture you will experience, even the festivals are celebrated for the sake of it. Office parties are a joke. But the same things are planned exceptionally well in offshore offices. Its like we are cheap labour and they do not want to spend a single penny on us.

Worst work culture and high unethical behaviour. Manager driven and manager has more power. Senior management of the company has whimsical sense of humour. Volatile . Advice to management : Stop filling your own pockets with money and focus to improve the management. Treat employee as human being.

The CPO (U) and HR director (SS) are crooks. Biased and Unprofessional to be called as leaders. They are great public speakers who are paid to punish innocent people. What goes around will come around. They will regret stupid decisions been taken costing peoples lives which impacted their families too.

The learning opportunities are very limited as most of the time we are acting as backend office for other markets. There is always a dependency on the markets for validations and no independence in decision making.

There are many 1. Top management has no concern abiut bottom level employees 2. Saying No after work hours is biggest sin 3. No learning, same unstructured work and people are lazy to change 4. Communications are worst 5. Career becomes stagnant 6. Two tongue managers and forget about Skip level discussions 7. HR is just puppet and don't do their work at anytime
