There is no job security and management is completely not taking care of employees. Particularly BCoE is recruiting employees when they need and not thinking about long term plan. Also BCoE management is not fit in understanding skills of employees, just taking caring of employees who are more close to the management.

Dislikes

Not a right company to work especially BCoE in Bangalore branch.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

I worked with Dentsu for 3.5 years. Initial 2 years were good however everything got changed after management got changed. There was no work lift balance. People used to work for 14 hours a day and in weekends also. There were certain people who were not doing their job properly and we had to slog for their work. Also there were no job security and too much pressure from the senior management for work. There 4-5 types of different audits and for the entire year me and my team used to work only on audit only and were not able to focus on quality work, self growth and process improvement....Read More

There are many 1. Top management has no concern abiut bottom level employees 2. Saying No after work hours is biggest sin 3. No learning, same unstructured work and people are lazy to change 4. Communications are worst 5. Career becomes stagnant 6. Two tongue managers and forget about Skip level discussions 7. HR is just puppet and don't do their work at anytime
