I want to share my recent experience with Dental Avenue Pvt Ltd. I was dismissed with only one day's notice after taking a two-day sick leave. This abrupt action reflects poorly on their work culture. I would advise caution when considering employment with them, as their practices may adversely affect your career.

My teamates are very supportive. Good product training is given by company. Appraisal is done on yearly basis. Pan India coverage. New products are launched every year. Overall good to strike a work-life balance.

Promotional materials need to be given. Replacement or claims to be sorted than & there.
