Working with DEN was a good experience and good enviornment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is Transparent. There give great bonus.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

1 - Appraisals are not there, they are just send you form every year for making fool 2 - At the time entering in the Office, If you have a car or a senior person , security guard will not ask you for card, but if you are a below then manager they will ask and report to HR if you skipped anyday. 3 - So many arrogant employee, who just sit in the cabin and do nothing. 4 - Seniors will spoil your hardwork by claiming your work as their own, and not showing you anyone in the top management. 5 - In diwali, partiality in gifts , good gift go to cabin employees , and only sweets for us 6 - in office , there are no activities like outdoor games , parties other then work. and sit like dum person for whole day.
