Every thing is good in deluxe i had a good experience in 1year.Even company still supporting the artist in every good manner even after this COVID-19 situations. Management is good as well and company policy is great If u capable so this company is for those who are hard working and deal with every situation in every condition

Well the only this about this company i wont say i dislike but one thing it really need to change or need to manage properly try not to force any artist either he junior or senior or by anyone specially seniors and team leads. Need to change a working culture in company . Local citizen who live there in that place or where the company is established they just team or make group and those who came from different place ..they treat them different what i saw and notice in my working experience. It is truly a non-sensible and a non-technical company, if you are reading this please don't ruin your career by getting stuck for 2-3 years for the peanuts they pay. The people who are working with 5+ years are absolute dumbf***s with 0 skills Your mind would go blank after 1 year and tend to forget even the basic skills you acquired At last, be ready to get fired without any prior notice

It's a good place to work at for people who love creativity and are drawn towards films. The facilities are equivalent to any other big names in the corporate ecosystem. I didn't like the work culture in the Learning and Implementation (L&I) team under which I was hired as an e-learning content creator. The manager and the lead has no clue of the design process and efforts required for creating end-to-end WBT training courses. A person named Priya Victor is an extremely toxic manager who dictates deadlines, frequently changes expectations, and esclates even the tiniest of issues to higher management. Another person named Laveena who runs the show with Priya, is extremely insecure and uses covert ways such as backbiting, gossip mongering, and spreading rumours to gain the spotlight as the most treasured resource in the team. It’s monotonous. You don’t get to learn anything new. When you switch to another company your experience here might be invalid because the training you received here is just meant for this. So 0 chances of upskilling. Lot of favouritism. Only bootlickers get promoted, if at all they promote. Also what they usually do is, they hire people, and give a raise after a year and then lay them off saying production is low and then hire freshers for the same job for a lesser pay.
