Office politics from higher management. They were specifically hire from south indians. Too much work pressure for them working 14 hr also very less.

Likes

I had a supportive team and a very encouraging leadership. Work culture and policies are employee friendly. I had an amazing career and learning oppurtunity.

Dislikes

When I joined compensation was not up to the mark, also can say fairly low but later there were some corrections. Not much of exposure to technology.

Work Details

Working with Deluxe for almost 5 years was a good learning experience and got opprutunity to explore internally within the teams. Thanks to my leadership. Made some good friends. Perks and benefits were also good.
