Being honest my first job here was pretty well. Exposure to new learnings. Huge manpower. Pressure was there along with learnings. Learnt to handle some situations . Thankful for that

Being honest if anybody looking just to work and nothing else than Delta is the place. No work life balance if you are working in krishnagiri plant. Some of the high authority can’t even speak English still they are in the high post and mostly they are expats. There’s no job security . The team that I worked with was very helpful except 2 people. As we all say, believe in Karma this is what happened with the HR Head 😀 Suggestion from a very junior try to be a leader for your team, be a shield for you team, don’t be a blind follower.
