The monetary benefits that the company provide are best in the segment.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. The culture of the co. is such that they focus only on monetary aspect rather than well being too. Too much of politics make things worse.

Highly coveted role, but not investment side. 1.5 years tier 1 mba experience 16L current fixed, PE firms pay 30L fixed to investment analyst out of tier 1 mba colleges.
