Rotational shifts and shift timings ( night shift ) was not informed clearly at the time of joining. Work pressure was severe. Politics and bias was seen. Poor management skills of my reporting manager and higher ups made life difficult.

Work Details

Work pressure was always high. Managers were biased and intrested only in quantity and not quality. Only the digital head cared about quality.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
