Why this happened is because I didn't have a good reference. Anyone who has a reference is promoted everywhere. He is never told anything about his work.Why this is done is because the person gets support from everywhere, he is taught that everything is Done if there are white questions, no one comes and teaches you, you are only told that we have zero interest in your work.Here if you have a good reference you get promoted even if you do wrong,And this is mostly in the quality department....Read More
