Totally doing scam with the candidate. During interview they will ask technical questions about Excel,etc and when you join there is no use of excel. They will order you to lift heavy weight and load or unload the trucks which is obviously not a executive work, it's duty of Labour. 9 hours standing job they will not allow you to sit. There is no specific work time if you have joined. You have to work at least 11-12hr, and the manager's behavior was disgusting. In my opinion, don't join Before joining kindly do some research about it

For folks who never had any people management, team management or on the ground execution related work ex...they can try manager / Sr Manager/ director role..experience of handling operations at scale...experience can be useful for other startups if that is what you want to do

Very less learning environment for a startup... very employee unfriendly culture..high work load work stress environment...low caliber startup kind of management / leadership...including till top ...all C suite included....not policy oriented...very high Flux and uncertain environment in terms of work we do as well as the job security itself....better to avoid if you are high caliber guy and can get other offers...Read More

Getting salary is on time. During COVID we got salary and it helped us sustain our commitment. Thank you delhivery for that. Salary crediting before month end.

Not fulfilling promises. Breaking promises Delivery boys jobs are not safe No timings. Even no OT. No leaves during festivals

Lot of things.... They treat people like labour, and they talk to them like "tujhe ye to krna pdega nahi to ja skte ho" wala attitude. I don't think so any existing company who's work like Delhivery, they will treat like this company. In kanpur branch, ek executive HR Hai "Mayank" he is thinking people are labour and always chilla kr bt krta hai... Aur bhai sbse buri cheez ye executive se bore uthwate hai...infact girls executive se bhi... Apni lyf me isse bdi bekar company nhi dekhi Maine... same day joining ke din chhodh kr aaya hu... 1 - Company Culture 2 - No wait time for salary gets credited every month on time.

1 - Less Salary 2 - Not allowing to take leaves even the leave balance is pending. 3 - Left the job only because of the leaves are not getting approved. 4 - Less Appraisal 5 - Working in the night shift for the long 2 weeks is directly affects on health 6 - No Induction session (Training Session) arranged in the beginning of the work.

Not about Delhivery, any company is defined by the manager you're working under. The current one, though on holiday had to join his every call when ever he wishes to have one. Though the shifts end at 6:30 and he keeps a call at 7:30p.m, as a LM manager or duty starts from morning 5, as we need to manage both the white and blue collar employees, and currently the call with Senior management team is going for 5hrs/day and we are not concentrating more on the ground team....Read More

*Team politics. *We can survive on Delhivery only when we stay as slave to the management. (It's only from the aspects of hub operations). *May be the goodwill of the company will go down. Better to close watch and impliment proffessional ethics and stream line to all department from altleast its managarial level.
