I am yash suthar from ahmedabad assistant team leader at Ahmedabad_Thaltej_D and this is to inform you that I have been falsely accused of theft But I did not commit any theft But all together they have made a plan to get me out of the job and Forced me to confess And I was forced to resign

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but creer growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job trainning is not given to new joinees

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
