Colleagues are ok but management and principal don't listen to anyone.

30 % Salary was deducted at the time of COVID and now the principal has changed and providing that deducted salary only to the employees working over there. What about employees who have resigned.They have also faced issues of COVID and now school is not providing that remaining salary to the employees who left.This is really pathetic and very bad culture....Read More

Everything about the school corporate culture,job security, excellent company policies,caring management, appraisal is very just and fair, excellent team of teachers etc

Only thing that goes against the school is it's distance from the main town.

No job Security you are only safe till the time you are rubbing your back in front of the management. Nothing is planned everything is random disclosed at last moment and needs to be done at earliest. Excellent level of politics.

Dislikes

Politics, work and life balance disturbed, uneven deduction, leave policies. Monetary fines on almost everything.

Previously the school was under good Principal which made the school run systematically. Management is least interested in the welfare of teachers. No increment in salary since 3 years. No job security. Hopeless for teachers.

Dislikes

Work pressure is too much no appreciation, no appraisal.

Usually used to enjoy my work but day by day detoriation in work by the new joinees, being an experienced teacher it was very hard to tolerate people teaching so casually...

I worked from starting , it was very nice experience for me and I learned more teaching skills Only thing is that management not thinks about teachers hardwork as principal change management change and teachers those have given their hardwork to school according to principal point of view she will change whole system that is not good
