Only the students are well behaved in the school. The work culture and working environment are very toxic. One can barely breathe.

No mental peace. Only emotional and mental torture. Work culture is very unprofessional. They try to peek into everyone's personal life at every level. No growth at all.

Students are really good.They are inocent but creative . Most of the parents were uneducated and very demanding.

Dislikes

There is no culture in the school. School is not following the rules of DPW foundation. I really work hard but management do not value any thing. Most of the time they interact directly to the teachers that's why no one is ready to listen anything. No teaching training, no CL, no increment, no P.F.ect.

Colleagues are ok but management and principal don't listen to anyone.

30 % Salary was deducted at the time of COVID and now the principal has changed and providing that deducted salary only to the employees working over there. What about employees who have resigned.They have also faced issues of COVID and now school is not providing that remaining salary to the employees who left.This is really pathetic and very bad culture.

No job Security you are only safe till the time you are rubbing your back in front of the management. Nothing is planned everything is random disclosed at last moment and needs to be done at earliest. Excellent level of politics.

Dislikes

Politics, work and life balance disturbed, uneven deduction, leave policies. Monetary fines on almost everything.
