Good work environment. There is a well maintained library and well equipped gymnasium. We get salary according to 7th pay commission.

The only thing i liked while working at Delhi Public school Ruby park is the regular training and workshop programme they conduct to upgrade the qualities of teachers and help them become more enriched and confident in teaching.

Dislikes

No career growth for hardworking teachers,-only ones with buttering qualities get promotion, poor percentage of annual increment in salary, no job security even for the permanent teachers, internal politics are all that i disliked in Delhi Public School Ruby Park.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
