Its a very orthodox institution wherein direct interference is made by the owner of the school in small matters.

Dislikes

They are hardly tech-savvy following old methods of chalk and duster. Other teachers do not make you part of the team. They make you feel left out. Too much of interference by the owner of the school. Also they don't give you the offer letter or joining letter soon as they observe you through cctv cameras without informing you and ask you to leave.

They expect you to call the parents for discussing small matters every day.
