a system engineer

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

The hierarchy is strictly maintained in every department, leaving no freedom for teachers to operate independently. The Principal is excessively focused on a select group of so-called "founder teachers" who, in my opinion, lack sufficient caliber. This favoritism is likely to persist as long as she remains in charge. The school imposes unnecessary work pressure on its staff. The work pattern is terrible and inefficient. The worst place to be employed at. The English department is terrible and widespread politics in prevalent in the English department which is mainly due to the arrogant nature of its Headmaster. Promotion is dependent on personal favors.
