Some colleagues are supportive only because they are going through the same thing.

Horrible work environment. No free transportation, no cafeteria, no team outing, no childcare. You might not have any personal life left as senior will literally say things on your face like "You'll have so much work, you will not be able to sleep". school hours are never enough for them. Sundays are just a joke to them, they make you work on every Sunday. Not an extra penny for extra hour work. Instead if you are 3 seconds late punched,even if there was a storm or riot on your way, they will cut your pay (literally happened to many employees here). Job training or skill training? Don't even think about it... Trainings is another way for them to take your entire week-day including your Sundays and Saturdays (all this without pay). You'll have to prove your every single work 7-8 times in 7-8 ways to 7-8 people, until you loose your mind. if you love teaching then it's not the place, it only 10% teaching. You can only grow if you are a boss pet....Read More

It's a worst organisation I hve worked in my career. Cheap mentality promoters & management. Toxic work culture, negative environment. No learning, even you loose your skillset in such a bad culture. Never recommend anyone to join there in any of the domains or field as lot of micro management at each level from managers to promoters everyday.
