Likes

Environment is not good. Some teammates are supportive but most of them always do complaints to authority. They don't give good salary and in this epidemic situation the are giving 30% of the salary. Very bad experience with them.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is the biggest issue which they are not solving. In this epidemic situation they are not giving us full salary, even they had terminated some teachers from the school.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! But in this epidemic situation school is open for teachers. Everybody is saying stay home stay safe, we all are going to school at the risk of our lives. We are working from school not from home.

I am enjoying working here,our administration is really a team of proffesionals who also cares about us as an employee ,gives values to our suggestions and gives us full support to grow ,encourages us to work better.

My job is to look after the kinderblock and all work cricular,activities,books,yearly planner,day wise planner,teachers daily task recording,data recording od teachers and students,organising ptm and meet up to the expectations of parents and institution.
