DPMI celebrates important events and give opportunity to do job oriented courses in budget.

They are not concerned about the different branches of DPMI . Only focused on Delhi branch.

Chairman is the most exploitative person in the organisation, will pay you less and shout on employee for no apparent reason, makes do useless work for which employees are not compensated. Director is not bad but doesn't value the timings ,but would very frequently make employee work 5-8 hours extra work without any prior notice leading to a lot of trouble
