Dislikes

1.Worst faculty management 2. People are inefficient and always try to shame the faculty in public 3. Teaching is not a priority here 4. All the functions including reparing at college would be supervised by the faculty only.

Dislikes

DME has a some stupid and arogant employees who does not want to make anyone work. The most stupid, arrogant, illitrate, mental lady named "TULIKA ARORA". She is the reasons thats why non teaching employees leaves the job. She has no sense that how to talk with student, faculty, staff and parents. I think she has to take communication trainings. Management is also responsible for her bad behaviour, mgt should not support such kind of stupid lady....Read More

The Delhi Metropolitan Education has been fortunate to have skilled and dedicated Entry-Level, Assistant Professors. The college has spent some resources on building non academic infrastructure.

Dislikes

The college doesn't have effective and competent leadership in the Law Department. They are highly unskilled and don't even care to reform or learn about the constant changes in the academic world. They have no knowledge about the education sector or academia. The admin people are mostly co-operative except the receptionist who is very cunning, rude and would like to delegate all her works to the faculties. She is even bossier than the Director of the college. Overall, a place where academic work is shown for the sake of formality and faculties are overburdened with administrative, unproductive works. The Human Resource (Faculties) at this place is undervalued, insulted, disgraced by anyone irrespective of their hierarchy. The only attractive point for this place is that they pay a bit, a bit (intentional repetition) more than the rest of Law schools to attract entry level employees. However, any academician aspiring to enhance their skills should never get trapped in the Matrix of this place which will eventually lead them to unproductive, lazy and Procrastinating attitude. There is no job security. If you are disliked by the egoistic superiors, they may recommend your removal without providing any opportunity of being heard. Moral- Learn more and get hired at a quality place where there is quality work meant for Academicians and not get reduced to being an Assistant Clerk over places like these....Read More
