Delhi Duty Free is a very good company my overall experience is great with the organisation i have worked their for 5 + years and i dont find any difficulty throwout the period and if you asked about covid - 19 situation so they have supported me till july 2020 i have got salary on time till july 2020 after that in august 2020 they ask me to leave the company cos of no business they said they no more need my services and now company dosnt require me anymore and now i'm jobless from past 2 months :( :(...Read More

Tthere is nothing to dislike about the company the work atmosphere is great the work place is great my collegues are great i always got my salary on time i like the shift timings as well so there is nothing to dislike i always loe working with delhi duty free

i have joined as SA after a year i got promotion as BA so when i was a SA i have to do cashiering we deal with 16 different currencies i have never got any shortages throwout my 1 year experience then as a BA we direct contact with customers and do sales.

There is good work environment and culture. Teammates and managers are supportive. You get a chance to interact with the international customers. And you get 2 days working and 2 days off after every morning and night shift. If you are family oriented then this is a great job you get a ample amount of time to spend with your family.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair. There are few things which I disliked about this company is,Salary is decent but career growth is slow,being working in a international travel retail store like Delhi Duty Free its a prestige in itself but to meet there company targets they will make you sale like anything for eg. They will make you call to the passengers who are passing through the shop to buy things from Duty Free. That's something very unethical ruining the reputation of the company and employees.There is no cab facility for the employees and there is no cafeteria....Read More

The work life is quite interesting. I struggled a bit during my joining days but as I mentioned earlier that the staff and managers are supportive and formal traing sessions helped me a lot.
