I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Top management do partially with Old employees.They only encourage new employee coming from Phillips. All top management are jobless before joining of degania. Now only few old senior staffs are working there because they have no self respect. All good staff moved out from company.
