The hours are somewhat flexible, but sometimes you may need to work extra hours, even late into the night. Unfortunately, the food at the dining area isn't very nutritious. Also, the housing could be better.

The people in DT are very supportive and friendly. DT helps us become not only a tech wizard but to grow ourselves as leaders DT has different culture rather than regular IT companies which include learning drills like L&D, workshops, Socratic dialogues, Leader development Initiative etc.

At times work-life balance can be a problem but if you enjoy the work it will be great. As it was Covid and we were Interns we were paid a little less pay but we were paid what was promised. If you are here for a big picture and a cause it will be great fit for you.

The culture in the the community is very good the people here are very friendly and encouraging. The growth rate of the people is at fast pace and an individual can grow in every aspect of the life, not just his/her's technical skills. The projects that we are focusing on. There is not only the technical part, but it's based on theeducation field so, we are doing human simulation and gathering insights based on that we are modifying the project so the end user gets the best user experience that he/she is experiencing. One of our project "software hub" in JSMIS where there is a part of teching is involved, in that part also we have a lot of learnings the part where we have 3 hours of Teaching.
