DT promotes a learning culture. They have a very open system while hiring too. We spend a week observing their online office via zoom meetings and write daily observations during the interview process. Timings and online work hours. The work is held from 5-9 pm for interns which in my opinion is not a great time to keep office. Also, the online work culture makes us feel a bit isolated. Many people find it good, but it was just not for me. Evenings are for going out and taking walks. I much rather prefer a day job and an in officeculture....Read More
