I had the unfortunate experience of working at Deepija Telecom, and I must say it was the worst professional environment I have encountered, it was evident that the company lacked the basic elements needed for a healthy and productive workplace. the management seemed disorganized and detached, leaving employees feeling undervalued, targeted, and unsupported, communication was virtually non-existent, leading the confusion and frustration among team members. Additionally, there was a distinct lack of respect for work-life balance, long hours and unreasonable expectations were the norm , which led to burnout and a high turnover rate. the over all company culture is toxic, with little emphasis on employee well-being and growth, It is clear that profit took precedence over the welfare of its staff. also the policies are very worst frequently they changing the leave policy without any notification, if you trying to work out of the box they dont care dont respect, based on my experience, I would strongly advise against seeking employment at deepija Telecom, there are undoubtedly better opportunities available elsewhere, where your talents and contributions will be valued and respected....Read More
