HR policy is good Well behaved staff and response from District Team and State Team

MIS are responsible for Block Performance analysis but we're not having any Trainings Besides NRLM (Women Empowerment) we were engaged in lots of tasks which hampers Block Performance District and State Teams needs to be more focused in Work Strategy rather than imposing work pressure. As Field level scenery is totally different.

Implementation of NRLM HR Policies in State of Ladakh and Hierachy System is not same to the NRLM Operational Manual . It only for the Context of Ladakh as I Understand.

The working experience in nrlm is good but the pressure of according to salary is so terrible.

Nrlm don't provide best salary of field work employees. They only use the rural area women and complete only on target.... This is the back point of nrlm 👎
