It is worst place to work, especially for dietician. As we all know dietician is someone who advices and guides patients about healthy eating helps to make lifestyle heal modifications but here in this hospital you are just filling the meal trays 1.So first thing first HOD there is a food and beverage hod who handles diet dept. Andshe has no manners he is rude, pathetic, and with 0 sense And there is one dietician- Anjali she is dietician but all she cares is her opd and you have to do donkey work for months and she will choose 1 dietician who can work for her as Secereatery for 2 months where you can actually do a dietician work. 2. hassment- it is done by your fellow dieticians and food and beverage supervisors fellow dieticians will humiliate you, they make you feel dumb,they will make sure you life will become he'll and f & b supervisors Mr. Chavhan (fat and black person sorry to put this in racist way but I want to make sure everyone should know him) he touches all staff inappropriately he has daughter of my age still he likes to touch us, and tries to hug us 3. Payscale is just 13k and you have to work of 10+ hours 4. No leaves they will be like you are new 5. If you are planning to join here just remember all you have to do is khana parosna in patients plate 6. And there is no diet counselling of diet plans nothing you just go there do the donkey work of f and b and get harassed by hod, dieticians, f&b and cry They don't understand a basic thing what a dieticians does, khana parosna is not dietician ka kaam...Read More
