Dislikes

Politics, lazy management, management people doesn't want to work. If something wrong happens then Junior will be suffer. Welding department is merged with production team so there is lots of politics, employees are leaving company but management don't want to think about it. Electrical department is very very lazy.

Work time is not fix always schedule, urgency create always at leaving time.
