I liked sporty culture.The mission was to promote sports and make it accessible to all so I liked the mission of the company as it preparing everybody to get ready to play some sports and make them feel fit and healthy. The people who are passionate about sports the company is good for them.

Dislikes

See everywhere there is something positive and negative so it's natural. Decathlon is a good company as it gives you the autonomy to represent your own sport like running,swimming,cricket but work culture is same for all Decathlon stores all over India but I think it differs from place to place.The gentry was quite playing a negative role in the growth of honest people and seniors want to overpower you so that is not a good gesture.A let of conspiracy is done by but licking people otherwise everything is good. Work Details

Work life is like that you have been given a Sport like mine was Running and brand name was Kalenji.So I have to stand for 8-9 hrs and sometimes more than 10 hrs in my layout and have to help customers in shopping.
