The work culture is very as its there's a flat hierarchy. Benefits from the employees are also good. I really admire this company.

Dislikes

In some stores of India the work timings even for the ladies are not limited. They make you work till late night which is the only drawback working in this company.

Exciting, learning process but hectic and they make you work like a donkey sometimes.

You will get to learn so much.. They conduct trainings on regular basis covering all the relatable subjects. Your communication skills can be definitely improved as well.

Dislikes

There is no work-life balance. Sometimes it becomes tiresome as you are not allowed to sit during your working hours.

Work Details

I was sports advisor for badminton. I had to manage everything related to badminton. Sport PNL was my reponsibility. Stock management, stock forecasting, business growth everything was my responsibility.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
