If you're doing your job right no one will bother you.

Dislikes

What HR says in meetings is totally different from reality. Work life balance is a myth here. In order to justify the quarterly profits seniors do not recruit or increase the team size timely which put up the teams working on ground level in a high pressure situation.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
