Good people and feel like family. The work culture has changed in n last 5 yrs from a good to average. Its 5 days working in a week. Company policies are always favouring to employees. The company did not cut salaries in corona time. And allowed work from home. The work from home approch adopted by company.

Dislikes

The leadership is not that great. The nepotism exists. Work pressure is great. If you are yes man, be ready to get the hell of work load of 2-3 employees or more. Some employees are not given much of work due to no reason or may be they are not competent to do such assigned work or due to nepotism or personal relations. So the same work is loaded to some good employee who is already occupied. No trainings provided. No reward for supporting business by working late, in nights, on non working days. The increments are 4-6 % . The posts and management structure is so long. A lower level working employee can not reach the high level management till retirement dispite of timely promotions....Read More
