1-2 employees are pathetic. Typical Indian company. No benefits to employees. No growth. Management just wants to cut money of employee and do cost cutting even when they are growing. MD never gives approvals and delays in all things then shouts at others for not working. No growth path. MD Only making their own money and treating employees like cows and dogs. Free cake and chips they give on birthdays and even for that they shout at HR why you’re wasting money. They pay some employees more under the table and to others salary cuts.
