For a fresher this is the best company, but moving onto next few years after will be challenging to cope up with DBS work culture.

Dislikes

Doesn't give enough time for a developer, will be hard to deliver quality products. Also we stick up with same project when we start and will be very difficult to switch between projects as managers doesn't let you go or want to give up you from the project

Line manager is everything, he decides your rating, increment, bonus. HR is just a yes man to whatever reporting manager says. Lot of good policies on paper but at ground level not much. HR is absolutely not reachable

The Employee for benefits are very awesome and the interest rate among personal loan and home loans are very reasonable and low rate for employees and giving additional 1% interest on fixed deposits is superb it's more than senior citizens rate
