Food and travel are totally free of cast and also PF deposit double from your account which will help in future

No any difference between operator and engineer . You are engineer only on paper In case there's no high plan then all departments (Quality, engineering ) engineers need to work online on production line after force of Chinese person If you denied to work online then your AM will told you resign your job or you need to work as a operator
