I had worked with Global Project wing, Dubai. I faced a difficult challenge that Projevts dept was reporting to the GM Contracts Logistics which GM Dubai doesn’t have any clue of what is happening with projects. Also GM was playing politics with his close staffs making other staffs life miserable. Proper facilities and quality and trained operational staffs were not provided and hence I was getting issues on handing operations mostly with sea freight and land freight shipments. Honest speaking, company is very good but company organisation in dubai is poor and doesn’t have a Profossional work culture which DBS offers in other countries. No, I love working with DBS but the organisation structure of company is very poor and work culture is hectic. Don’t have a work and family balancing in DBS
