Schenker's culture is the best, they everything to make their employees feel good. They reward their employees on their good work, they celebrate every moment with their employees.

Dislikes

They put extra workload on employees, and the entire work life balance gets spoil. People don't even get time to spare time with their family. Even sometimes they call their employees on weekends and holidays to complete task.
