There are little amount of the Employees who are working properly. If someone is not working (Highly paid) there is no issue to the Management they are just ignoring that and those employees are getting salary and the works are being distributed to others who are working. They are just focusing to get money from client and they deployed majority of non-experienced employees.

Work environment and culture are really good in the company, Old Team is also really supportive. They give good salary for the right candidate. Annually appraisal is also good. Depend upon the middle management transparency.

Sometimes side people politics is involved for growing the carrier. Means you also should be ready for playing the politics.
