Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Job security is less , it's an proprietary ship firm and proprietor may not change . He totally depends on few people who really won't worth . People may not use his ideas to implement or change things .

Dislikes

Management is not listening things . There is nothings to compliment new things . They are not maintaining the minimum wages , statutory bonus to workers. Minimum canteen facility provided but they think it's a great deal for workers but it's a liability towards welfare funds . Full work pressure by which attrition is high.
