You'll learn a lot how the work is getting done in a very huge max files ...you'll learn how to keep calm because this is very important because I've seen people who left the job after 2 -3 days of joining

Dislikes

Dislikes are because they pressurize people a lot even the work is very light....You get a comp off if you stayed night in the office for urgent work (comp off* they provide holiday for 1 day if you stay one night for work ) But you cannot get that holiday without permission of your team leader or whatever the person you're under of and the comp off will vanish after 2-3 months Work life balance is not Working here You come office at 9:30 or may be 10-15 min late But there is no time when will you take your feet out of the office <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Job security </mark>...People thinks jobs are secure in Dawn Digital ...It used to secure but nowadays it isn't they indirectly make you to resign from the job they'll demotivate and will do whatever things will make you feel ashame Team mates are good but politics not Salary appraisal they're saying they do annual base appraisal but one of my friend didn't get that this year so I guess may be he is in underperformed but whatever they said it is annual appraisal You'll get 5000-6000 thousand of appraisal...Read More
