The partner has been running the show all by herself. She takes all the money in her pocket, just like most partners in most firms. "Shame" is a word, that is unknown in this company as in most firms. If you are here, you will soon know, that you have no other place to go. No associate stays here for more than a couple years.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Dave & Girish & Co. is known to be a very reputed law firm in Mumbai and the work culture speaks for itself. As an Intern my experience was good. They gave a lot of opportunities to assist the associates on legal matters in terms of research, analysis, drafting and assisting in matters at the High Court. The seniors were very helpful and made sure the interns are bound to learn.

Work satisfaction - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

If the salary structure could be more refined and clear since the start, the experience shall be much more appealing until the end of the internship/job.
