After copletion of every single year there is interview for rejoining the previous adhock lecturers and for their increment. But increment of those candidates are completely criterialess I mean it is not depends on how u perform in interview and previous working year in a department. So working there is not a good choice.

Very comfortable to work with Professors & educated non teaching staff. Indeed the work culture is quite professional as per situation .
