Work culture, work life balance is amazing. May be because of my profile, I weren't able to learn much. But yes, I doubt if any company have such a great work culture like them

Learning and growth is less, may be because of the covid situation all this happened.

Work Details

No hierarchy setup or calling SIR/MAM culture. Every employee speaks with each other with a lot of respect. They take our opinions in to consideration. Team building activities occur from time to time. No politics at all!

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Company has very unique work culture where work life balance and individual growth has given upmost importance. In gloomy times of pandemic company has supported their each employee by not deducting their salary and assuring job security.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
