At least I find the fixed timings to be useful. When we know the start time and end time for work, it becomes easier in planning rest of the things accordingly. I mean personal work. So, my vote would always go for fixed timings rather than flexi timings. I know that some would prefer flexible timings. It is individual choice after all.

Now I like to work remote way than working office. I could concentrate better; there is no distraction at home as I have a dedicated workspace, this helps me stay focus on work. Besides, I can manage my time for my personal commitments as well. I hope company takes decision to make WFH permanent.
