It's been more than 2 years and my time has been fruitful at work. Everyday you come up with challenges, learnings and skilling up yourself. As mentioned in rankings, the organization has provided work-life balance, work based salaries, job security and work satisfaction. The culture and support required has been appreciated coming from the top management including CEO, Directors. As I am handling complete international process of the company and I have experienced that when it comes to have improvements related to process-the ideas, feedbacks are not just appreciated but implemented swiftly with ease. Even during covid times when we were working from home and the company has supported every employee.
