The WFH helps you in work life balance

Dislikes

Company does not have a proper structure. Management is terrible in dissolving the day to day challenges. Everyone reports to CEO including interns. Salaries are mostly delayed. There is a huge communication gap. The documents (salary slips, offer letter, relieving letter, exp certificates, tax related, etc.) are released onthe mood of the company. There is no proper audit structure to monitor everyone's work....Read More

I have been working with DataTrained for 5 months now, I was hired as Associate Data Scientist, After 3 months of joining I had an evaluation. This company is nice from every work perspective.

Dislikes

There is not such a thing I faced, Increasing numbers of offs would be better.
