Young workforce that enables good friendship. You can get to mingle with other teams. I also got some additional compensation that was not part of my CTC which was cool.

Dislikes

Got so close to the company, gave so much to it and expected so little, yet such big disappointment. I should have been smart enough to regard it as a purely transactional contract and they should not have been so pretentious, but here we are. Until one day, I was a good employee who was willing to work 24*7 for them and risked thehealth for the company (which i knew was dumb, but I was compelled to). And suddenly, I became a villain. The damage done to my career by this company is huge. ______ When I was an employee there, I felt I was working with good people. But when I look back, it is a normal workplace pretending to be a 'family'. But hey, different people might have different experiences here. Just be careful, i don't want you to be the next me :) Despite the negative review, I still wish the best to the company. I might have revealed my identity here as anyone from the company reading this might know who has written this....Read More
